Empowering African Workforces
Syllabi is a public university, established in 2023 under Rwandan law, offering short-courses and accredited micro-credentials for (up)skilling professionals on the African continent. Syllabi contributes to long-term development goals, fostering technical proficiency, leadership, and innovation across strategic sectors such as biomanufacturing, healthcare, digital technologies and industrial development as a non-profit institution under the aegis of the Rwanda Ministry of Eduation (MINEDUC).
Syllabi is building a portfolio of regularly recurring courses to address systemic skills gaps. We support recruiting and on-boarding of entry-level staff in rapidly growing high-tech sectors. We also offer customized training formats for industry partners, matching their requirements for skills-enhancement and life-long learning for professionals and executives. Our demand-driven programs correspond to the rapidly evolving demands of local and global labor markets in line with international regulatory guidelines.
