Admission Process
The details of our admission processes are program-specific. All programs require applicants to fulfill the prerequisites for admission to tertiary education institutions in Rwanda.
Syllabi offers programs in a variety of languages, including English, French, and Swahili. Programs whose primary language of instruction is not English will indicate this in both the program description and the application criteria.

MPA Admission Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least a second-class honor or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of professional or managerial experience in a related field.

Proof of English proficiency through TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent, or a degree conducted in English.

Two letters of recommendation (One academic and one professional).

Any other certification on training, or workshops as a form of continuous professional development.

Basic ICT skills and access to a computer.

Steps to Apply for the MPA Programme
The application process for the MPA Programme is broken into two stages.
Stage 1: Screening of Academic Qualifications and Professional Experience
Go to the application portal and complete the stage 1 application form.
You will need to upload:

Notarized certificate and transcripts of degree-level qualifications

Evidence of English Language Proficiency (if applicable).

An up to date Curriculum Vitae

Two letters of recommendation

Proof of identity
-
Non refundable $50 application fee
Candidates will be assessed and ranked in relation to their complete profile, and their potential to benefit from the MPA program.
Stage 2: Critical Thinking and Decision-Making Assessment
Candidates selected in stage 1 will proceed to this stage.
A video-based task with instructions on how to complete the assignment will be provided.
Interviews may be conducted for further assessment.
